90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 90-day no quibble return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for the 90-day returns policy, your item must be in good working order with no signs of physical, liquid or water damage or material wear. It must be returned with all original parts and packaging and in line with our returns policy.
To start a return, you can visit the returns portal and follow the instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, any returns not the fault of Flikt will incur a £5 handling charge.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours via the returns portal if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any returns of this nature can be shipped back to us free of charge and a label will be provided
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2-Year Limited Warranty
Effective from date of purchase
What's covered
All FL!KT devices are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. If your product develops a covered fault, we'll repair it, replace it, or issue a refund — at our discretion.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents)
- Liquid or water damage beyond the product's stated rating
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, discolouration)
- Damage from misuse or not following the included instructions
- Incorrect voltage, power surges, or incompatible accessories
- Third-party or non-FL!KT accessories causing damage
- Consumable or replaceable parts (brush heads, filters, pads, etc.)
- Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than FL!KT
- Commercial or professional use
- Loss, theft, or damage from external events (fire, flood, etc.)
- Natural LED output reduction over time (LED devices only)
- Individual skin reactions or treatment outcomes (skincare/EMS devices)
How to make a claim
If you need help after 90 days from receipt, email us at cs@flikt.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. We'll get back to you within 5 business days. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
