Can I use the diffuser with curly hair?

Yes — the diffuser attachment is specifically designed to enhance and define natural curl and wave patterns without disrupting them.

How do I clean the filter?

The magnetic filter is removable — hold the handle of the hair dryer firmly and gently pull the filter cage and mesh away. Clean with a soft brush to remove lint and debris, then reattach. Clean regularly for optimum performance.

Do the attachments contain magnets?

Yes — all attachments contain magnets. Keep away from pacemakers, defibrillators, credit cards and electronic storage media.

What's the difference between the three modes?

Smooth is 60°C / 22 m/s — ideal for fine hair. Style is 90°C / 25 m/s — the everyday setting. Strong is 120°C / 28 m/s — maximum power for thick hair.

What is the auto-clean function?

In standby mode, press and hold the cool air button for 2 seconds. The motor reverses for 8 seconds to clear lint and debris. Switch off and back on to restart. Use once per power cycle.

Is it safe if the air inlet gets blocked?

Yes — a 3-layer safety system protects the dryer. If the air inlet is blocked, a thermal controller cuts the heating element while the motor keeps running to cool internal components. A thermal fuse permanently cuts power if the thermal system fails completely.
