How to use

Step 1 — Prep Wash your hair as usual. Towel dry thoroughly to remove all excess water and apply any pre-styling products. Ensure hair is free from excess moisture before use.

Step 2 — Dry Attach the hair dryer head. Set your preferred temperature and airflow, and dry your hair to approximately 60–70% — the sweet spot for styling.

Step 3 — Style Swap to your chosen attachment by pressing the unlock button and rotating anticlockwise to release, then click your new attachment clockwise into place. Select your heat setting and style section by section, working from roots to ends.

Pro tip: Use the cool shot after each section to lock your style in place.

⚠️ Important: Do not allow excess water from your hair or any other source to come into contact with the styling wand or attachments.

🔧 Auto-Clean: In standby mode, press and hold the cool air button for 3 seconds to activate. The motor will reverse for 8 seconds, clearing internal lint and debris. Switch off and back on to restart. Use once per power cycle.

How do I change the attachments?

Press and hold the unlock button, turn the attachment anticlockwise to release, then align and click your new attachment clockwise into place until it locks.

Is it suitable for all hair types?

Yes. Use lower heat settings for fine or damaged hair, and higher settings for thick or coarse hair.

Will the attachments get hot?

Yes — attachments can become hot during use. Allow them to cool before changing or storing. Never place on surfaces that may be damaged by heat.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a dry cloth. Attachments can be cleaned with a lightly damp cloth or rinsed under a running tap — ensure they are fully dry before reattaching. Never rinse the wand body with water.

What is the auto-clean function?

Is it safe if the air inlet gets blocked?

Yes — a 3-layer safety system protects the wand. If the air inlet is blocked, a thermal controller automatically cuts the heating element while the motor keeps running to cool internal components. In the unlikely event of total thermal control failure, a thermal fuse permanently cuts power.
