Wet-To-Straight Hair Styler

I purchased this product for my wife and it stopped working a few weeks later, I contacted Flikt and they asked me to send a video which I did as we wanted a replacement.
Since then correspondences have dried up and they are no longer replying.
Each time you write to this company you get an auto reply from KAI (artificial intelligence ) to say someone will be in touch but no one bothers.
We are now left with a broken wet to dry tool that dis not work and no help from Flikt so don’t go near them.

My hair is fine so I was worried it might leave it looking limp. It doesn't. I use a lower heat and lift slightly at the root and it comes out smooth with a bit of movement. Really easy to use.

I didn't expect much however was very surprised. It dries and straightens in no time and is easy to use. Has great features - idle mode and self cleaning, as well as wet and dry hair modes.

It does save time and leaves my hair smooth, but with my very thick hair I still need to work in fairly small sections. I was hoping I could rush through it a bit more. Still better than doing two separate steps though.

I wouldn't use it on soaking wet hair but on towel dried hair it works brilliantly for me.

I nearly gave this 3 stars after the first use because I wasn't getting the result everyone else seemed to. I watched the technique again, towel dried more thoroughly and used smaller sections. Now I get it. Really nice result but there is a learning curve.

Not life changing for me but definitely useful. I have short fine hair so my normal routine wasn't that long anyway. It gives a good smooth finish and I've been reaching for it more than I expected.

Only had it a couple of weeks but so far so good. Heats evenly, doesn't snag and my ends look much smoother. The first pass doesn't always get my thickest sections completely straight but a second pass does.

Bought it for myself and my 19 year old has basically claimed it. We have completely different hair, mine is fine and hers is thick and wavy, and it works well on both. Might have to order another one!!

I kept seeing wet to straight tools and finally gave in. Glad I did. I have shoulder length coloured hair and can get it from damp to properly styled in around 12 minutes now. It looks polished rather than just flat. Super good value!

Does exactly what I wanted and feels well made. Way cheaper than Dyson or Shark. I like that I can use it normally on dry hair too. Would have liked a slightly longer cable for where my mirror is, otherwise no complaints.

My hair goes fluffy the second there is any humidity and this gets it much sleeker than my usual dryer. I still use a little serum on the ends but I need far less than before. Happy with it.

I've used it after every wash since it arrived. That's probably the best compliment I can give it.

Was sceptical about using a straightener on damp hair but this is nothing like my old straighteners. It glides really nicely and my hair doesn't have that dry crispy feeling afterwards. The finish lasts well too.

Results are excellent and it definitely speeds things up. My only criticism is that it's a bit bigger in the hand than my normal straighteners so it took me a few goes to get comfortable with it. Would still recommend.

First try I wasn't sure because I was going through my hair too quickly. Second time I used smaller sections and it was completely different. Smooth and shiny and much quicker than drying then straightening. There is definitely a little technique to it.

I was worried about using any heat tool on my bleached hair but this has been really gentle. No increased breakage or damage that I can see, and my hair looks better than it has in months
